Shipping and Payment Conditions

We offer following Payment Conditions:

• Direct Debit (only with dealer access/Germany)

• Advance Payment (If you choose payment method we will inform you 
  of our bank details with the order confirmation. The invoice should be paid 
  within 5 working days)
• Cash on Delivery- inside Germany (With delivery of the goods by DHL the 
  invoice is to be paid in cash as per order.)
• open invoice: (only via dealer access; Deliveries to companies or public 
  facilities can be carried out via invoice after verification. 
  If you want to be included as a dealer access or commercial customer 
  we need following informations:

• Buisness registration or extract from the commercial register
• Contact Details ( name, address, telephone, fax and e-mail.)
• VAT No. Or VAT ID number.

After verification, the contracter will receive the personal customer 
number bye-mail for accsess to the specialist dealer.

Specialist Dealer who already have a personal customer number can 
be activated for specialist dealer accsess on request. Please contact us.

Some payment methods we reserve the right to exclude. You can only exercise 
a right of retention if the claims result from the same contractual relationship.

Delivery Conditions

For orders in our Webshop, the prices which were listed in the online Shop 
at the time of the order are vaild.

Theese are Endprices and include the valid German legal value tax.

For orders with a 7% VAT share, the gross value is reduced  accordingly.

Freight forwarding (within Germany only):

For devices weighing over 31 kg, freight forwarding costs €30 (including 19% VAT).

Applies to the following devices:

- All Lelit Bianca PL162T-EU models

- All LaPavoni semi-professional models

Shipping of coffee:

Coffee can only be shipped within Germany.

From an order value of  400,00 Euro gross we do not charge shipping costs. 
For orders with a 7% VAT share, the gross value is reduced  accordingly.

If you want to make use of an existing right of withdrawal please note 
our instructions under „Right of withdrawal“

For deliveries on invoice, Paypal, Creditcard, Amazon Pay or direct debit 
payment, we will ship the goods within 7 working days after delivery of 
the order confirmation, unless otherwise speciefied in the offer.

For cash in advance the items ordered being reserved and only dispatched 
after receipt of money. Therefore the customers are asked to take this into 
account when ordering and to transfer the agreed free promptly. If the amount 
has not been credited to the sellers account within 5 working days, 
Servicecenter Frank Windhorn may withdraw from the contract. If this is waived, 
the delivery date that is specified in the online shop in the time of receipt of 
payment shall take the place of the original delivery date. The customer can check 
the availabilty within the Onlinecatalouge from witch the expected delivery date 
can be determined. Every delivery is subject to the proviso that the delivery to 
the Servicecenter Frank Windhorn by the pre-supplier is made an due time and 
in the proper manner. For the shippment within Germany we raise for packing, 
delivery and transport an all-inclusive costs from 5,95 Euro. 
For cash on delivery shippments, an additional 10,95 Euro cash on 
delivery fee is charged, which are to paid together with the value of the 
goods and the packaging, shipping and transport costs upon 
delivery by our carrier.

Delivery

For all outgoing Mailings we use the service from DHL. 
Deliverys are always made at the specified desired address to the 
frist lockable door. Delivery to post offices boxes or poste restante 
items are not possible, with us. If your goods leave our house you get an 
automatic message. If DHL is not able to deliver the shippment, 
you get a message from the shipper, that you can be able to see 
your other possibilities.

Pickup Service

The Pickup and Delivery is done at the consignor´s own risk.

Bad packging shipments, that be able to a damage in transit, 
are the responsibility of the sender.

In Range of warranty the manufacter takes over the incurred 
shipping costs (Exception: Delonghi, Kenwood, Braun). 
In other cases we charge a flat rate for the pickup of GLS or for 
the shippment of DHL 8,94 Euro incl. VAT  and for return shippment 
a flat rate 5,95 Euro + 7,50 Euro cash on delivery incl.VAT.
We cannot offer advance payment for repairs.
