Company History
The Company Servicecenter Frank Windhorn was founded in April 1998.
Everything started as a small service point with Frank and Kai Windhorn
and the customer service for Rowenta, Tefal and Saeco.
As
time went by, services were rapidly rising, making us expand to our
own
facilities in 2010. As of today, we work with over 50 employees to
offer a high-quality service for various well-known brands and
manufacturers.
Because of that we want to say "Thank you!" to Alfred and Margret Jokschat
for their constant trust and support.
Employee Policy
Our biggest treasure are our employees. Motivated and dedicated employees
are the base for a high quality service.
Our
top priority is to offer every employee a safe and comfortable
environment to work in and we provide written employment agreements.
For
our employees safety we invest in high standards for safety at work
and
fire safety regulations. Contract workers have the same rights as
permanent employees.

We fight for poverty, manipulation, bribery and corruption.
Our
company follows the national laws and the principal of

Labour Organisation (ILO) as well as the international human rights.

Security of Ressources
Our
goal is the optimal utilization of usage of energy resources and
a
long-term reduction of consumption. That is the reason why we
only work
together with approved affiliates for energy supply and disposal.
